Our rates are presented in Canadian dollars and vary according to season and traffic.

Our rates are for single or double occupancy, an extra $20 will be applied for each additional person (some rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 guests).

All of our rates are subject to 5% federal tax, 9.975% provincial tax and 3.5% lodging tax per night booked.

Please note that a 0.02$ pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card to verify its validity. This pre-authorization will freeze 0.02$ in your account for 2 to 7 days. After this time, the 0.02$ will be available again in your account.

The total amount of your reservation will be payable on arrival at the hotel. d’informations.

If a cancellation is made 2 days and less prior to the date of arrival(count from 0 hour of the arrival date), the total amount of the reservation is charged.

If you decide to postpone your arrival 2 days and less prior to the original date of arrival, the total amount of your original reservation is charged.

In the event of an early departure, the full amount of the invoice will be charged. If you do not arrive on the first day of your reservation, the cancellation policy also applies.

Customers who violate our no-smoking policy will be charged a fee of 100$ to cover the costs of eliminating tobacco odors. 

Our reception is not open 24 hours a day. If your arrival time differs from the one you mention when making your reservation, particularly in the case of an evening arrival, you must let us know.

Arrival at 4pm

If you plan to arrive after 9 p.m., you must mention this when making your reservation.

Departure at 11am

A charge of 20$ will apply for each additional hour for late check-out.

Our historic house does not have an elevator. If you anticipate needing assistance with your luggage, please advise reception when making your reservation.
