always be on our website. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our rates are presented in Canadian dollars and vary according to season and traffic. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our rates are for single or double occupancy, an extra $20 will be applied for each additional person (some rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 guests).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All of our rates are subject to 5% federal tax, 9.975% provincial tax and 3.5% lodging tax per night booked. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that a 0.02$ pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card to verify its validity. This pre-authorization will freeze 0.02$ in your account for 2 to 7 days.
